Back USB drives top sales list of eBay

USB drives, mobiles and MP3 players top the list of most-sold through e-commerce, according to a survey conducted by eBay, an online market platform. Presenting the finding of the survey – eBay India Census – at a press conference here, Mr Kashyap Vadapalli, Director (Marketing & Operations), eBay India, said the survey also showed that ecommerce has gained ground in India with active participation of people from non-urban areas. “About 2,427 Indian l ocations are wired into e-commerce in all parts of the country and bridging the distribution inadequacies,” he said. The survey is based only on the customers of e-Bay and the number of sample size or customers involved could not be disclosed, he added.
