Back Korn/Ferry launches new programme

New Delhi, July 2 Korn/Ferry International, a provider of talent management solutions, has announced the launch of the Korn/Ferry Advantage to help address India’s ongoing talent crisis.

Korn/Ferry Advantage provides companies and search consultants with a common language and framework throughout the recruitment process in order to increase the alignment between an organisation’s strategic hiring needs and the candidates’ true potential. “Hiring managers need to change their mindsets about how they identify and attract the best performers and take a holistic view,” said Mr David Everhart, Asia Pacific Managing Director of Korn/Ferry’s Leadership Development Solutions division in a release.
