Back UoH faculty bags science award

Dr R. Nagarajan, School of Chemistry, University of Hyderabad has been selected for the Indian National Science Academy (INSA) medal for the ‘Young Scientist 2008’ by the Council of the Indian National Science Academy in recognition of his potential to be a leader in research. INSA Young Scientist Medal award carries a bronze medal and a cash prize of Rs 25,000 in addition to other incentives. The award will be conferred on him in January 2009 during the Annive rsary General Meeting of the Academy, according to a statement from the University. –
