Back RSWM in pact with ITG unit

New Delhi, Jan 22

RSWM Ltd, which is part of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, has entered an agreement with the Cone Denim unit of International Textile Group to develop and market denim fabrics, the company said in a statement here. Cone Denim would develop and design the fabric and RSWM manufacture it. The fabric would be sold under the brand LNJ-Cone Denim, the firm said in a statement. International Textile group, majority owned by buyout firm WL Ross & Co, is a diversified textile manufactu rer, and owns Cone Denim and Burlington Worldwide. Commenting on the deal, President and CEO of ITG, Mr Joseph L. Gorga, said: “Both LNJ and ITG have a common focus on our customer and employees and share an overall commitment to excellence. We look forward to a successful partnership and future opportunities for expanded relationships.”
