Back Tulip bags Assam network project Bangalore, Jan. 3 Tulip IT Services Ltd, a data telecom service provider, has bagged the Assam State Wide Area Network Project. The project will be implemented on a build, own, operate & transfer (BOOT) model. The project is worth over Rs 57.72 crore. Tulip IT Services will deploy, manage and operate the entire network for five years. The project involves supply and installation of network equipment across the State as well as operation and maintenance. The network supports data, voice and video, and will enable the State to implement various e-governance initiatives. It is planned to meet the current and future requirements of the Assam Government.
