Back Pant to head VF Arvind Brands

VF Arvind Brands Pvt Ltd has named Mr K.K. Pant as the company’s Managing Director (from November 21). Mr Pant has 20 years of experience in branded apparel and retail in India and abroad. He also served as the Managing Director and CEO of Indus-League Clothing Ltd, a company he co-founded. He was also a member of the team that started the Madura Garments in the ’90 s and was the first brand manager for the Van Heusen brand during its launch and roll-out in Ind ia. He has also had a three-year stint in London with the fashion retail businesses of Coats Viyella. Mr Pant will take over on November 21. He succeeds Mr Darshan Mehta, who left the company in August.
