Our Bureau Mumbai, Nov 12 Reliance Industries Ltd on Monday signed a production sharing agreement for a second exploration block off the Oman coast. The new block is adjacent to the earlier one allocated to the company in 2005. The new block measures over 20,000 sq km and has water depth up to 3,000 meters. Reliance Exploration & Production DMCC, a 100 per cent subsidiary of RIL, signed the agreement. RIL will integrate operations of both the blocks, the company said in a press release. Within a week this is the third block for, which PSA has been signed by RIL. The previous two Rovi and Sarta blocks are in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
