Back Patni Q3 net down 15.8%

Mumbai, Oct. 31 The city based IT services firm Patni Computer Systems has reported a 15.8 per cent fall in net profit for the third quarter ended September 30 at Rs 99.3 crore against Rs 117.9 crore recorded in the corresponding year ago quarter.

Net revenues were down by 1.2 per cent to Rs 709 crore (Rs 717.3 crore), the company said in a communication. On a sequential basis, the company’s net profit was down by 32.8 per cent. Net revenues were down by 3.6 per cent, the note added.
