Back L&T Capital invests Rs 100 cr for Rangsons stake

Mumbai, Aug 27 L&T Capital Company Ltd, a group company of Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T), has invested about Rs 100 crore for a stake in the Mysore-based Rangsons Electronics Pvt Ltd, an electronics manufacturing services provider.

Rangsons Electronics, part of N.R. Group, with four facilities in Bangalore and Mysore and an international procurement office in China, caters to the High Mix — high tech product spectrum of leading Indian and global OEMs.

Mr R.N. Mukhija, President-Operations, L&T, said, “Looking at the market situation and its growth opportunities we believe this investment will bear fruit for both partners. Rangsons is well positioned to create significant value for its stakeholders. We see a great opportunity for Rangsons to be a global end-to-end solutions provider in EMS.”
