Back ICICI Venture deal with Ace

ICICI Venture today announced a definitive agreement with industrial mineral company Imerys to sell its 99 per cent stake in Ace Refractories Ltd. Imerys will acquire the stake through its wholly owned subsidiary Calderys. Ace has a global base of customers in steel, cement, power and other industrial segments. —
