Back Subros reports higher net in Q1

New Delhi, July 31

Automotive air-conditioning system maker Subros Ltd has posted a net profit at Rs 6.55 crore in the first quarter ended June 30 against Rs 5.95 crore in the corresponding period last year. The company’s net sales stood at Rs 185.04 crore, a 11.88 per cent increase against Rs 165.38 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal. During the quarter, the company sold 1,19,003 units of A/C Systems as against 1,01,343 units last year. The company’s board recommended a dividend of 40 per cent against 35 per cent paid last year, said a company statement. – Our Bureau
