Back Dumping levy effect

The anti-dumping duty imposed by the US on Indian shrimps, coupled with the requirement of customs bond, seriously affected the export of marine products during the 2006-07 fiscal. Shrimp exports dropped 23 per cent in dollar earnings compared with the previous financial year. –
