M&M tractors sustain high sales

Mumbai, July 2

Mahindra & Mahindra’s Farm Equipment Sector, part of the $4.5-billion Mahindra Group, sustained its tractor sales growth in June from a high base in the corresponding month last fiscal. It posted volumes of 9,525 compared with 9,517 in June of last fiscal. Cumulative sales (April to June) also showed an upswing of 1 per cent over the same period last fiscal. The company posted sales volumes of 25,232 tractors as compared with 25,042 in the same period last yea r.
