Infosys bags IPS Supplier award

Infosys Technologies has been named as DaimlerChrysler's `IPS Supplier of the Year 2006' (International procurement services) in the category of information technology. Infosys was one of three non-production material/services suppliers from North America that were presented awards for outstanding performance last year.

Infosys began working closely with DaimlerChrysler in 2002 to implement strategic initiatives to increase efficiencies and optimise business processes company-wide.
