Back Firstsource to sell insurance products

The city-based BPO firm Firstsource Solutions Ltd has said that Financial Services Authority of UK has authorised it to provide advice and to arrange contracts of insurance. As result, Firstsource will be able to upsell and cross-sell a wide range of insurance products. The company will also be able to sell handset insurance on behalf of its telecom clients, said a company release.
