GOING STRONG: A rainbow of colours adorns the cooling section of the storage facility of Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd at Haldia in West Bengal. The project completed its seventh year on Monday. HPL is to finalise plans on the proposed second naphtha-based petrochem complex this year.
