Back Panel set up to study Priyamvada's valuables

Kolkata March 9 A committee of experts has been constituted by the Calcutta High Court to test and determine the genuine historical and face value of the coins and other valuables left behind by Priyamvada Devi Birla.

Following many allegations and counter allegations in this respect, Mr Justice Sengupta decided to defuse all doubts by constituting the panel of experts.

The Testing Officer on Friday made submissions before the court about the process of testing and the time which may be taken for this exercise.

After hearing the confidential submission of the Special Officer and the Testing Officer, the court decided to pass an order on March 13 at the Judge's chamber.
