Back Corporation Bank bags IBA award

Corporation Bank has bagged the `IT Team-Runner up Award' for 2006, instituted by Indian Banks' Association (IBA) and Trade Fares Conferences International.

A bank release said the award is conferred based on evaluation of overall performance of IT team of the bank in diverse areas such as product and services innovations, challenges faced in implementation process, contribution of innovations and the innovative problem solving capability.At a function in Mangalore on Thursday, the Chairman and Managing Director, Mr B. Sambamurthy, and the Executive Director, Mr K.L. Gopalakrishna, felicitated the IT team, led by Mr B.R. Bhat, General Manager.
