Back Nexxoft acquires eZeesoft

Nexxoft Infotel Ltd (Nexxoft) on Tuesday announced it has set up base in Mumbai by acquiring the business of Mumbai-based software company eZeesoft (P) Ltd. eZeesoft deals in software consultancy, design and development. Nexxoft provides supply chain solutions apart from consultancy business and serves wide range of clients in India and abroad. Through this acquisition, Nexxoft will not only take over the existing business of eZeesoft but also absorb the 25-strong staff and operate out of the premises of eZeesoft.

Mr G. Dhananjaya Reddy, Director, Nexxoft in a statement said, "Our key strengths are in the manufacturing domain. This acquisition helps us set up base in Mumbai and target the manufacturing industries based in Maharashtra and Gujarat."
