Back Color Chips to allot pref warrants

Animation services provider Color Chips India Ltd plans to allot 48 lakh warrants of Rs 10 each convertible into equity shares of Rs 10 each to Cyber Toons and Color Chips Animation Parks.

The company informed the BSE that the members at the extraordinary general meeting of the company on February 3 decided to allot Cyber Toons Pvt Ltd, (38.50 lakh warrants) and Color Chips Animation Park Ltd (9.5 lakh warrants).
