Back Classic Polo bags award

Classic Polo, the flagship apparel brand of the Tirupur-based Royal Classic group, has won the `Brand of the Year' award at the Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI) Apex Awards 2006 function recently. The brand was given the award in the category of `Men's Casual Wear' (small and medium). Mr R. Sivaram, Executive Director, Royal Classic group, who accepted the award, said the company would like to expand its reach across the country through exclusive stores.

It plans to open two new stores in Pune and it already has eight exclusive outlets — in Bangalore,Vizag, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Indore. The product basket includes T-shirts, casual shirts and trousers. Apart from its presence in popular range, Classic Polo also has a premium range of products.
