Back Path Info launches new solution

Path Infotech Ltd has launched SmartQ, an Oracle-based customer service centre management solution for banks, financial services, insurance, hospitals, railways, airlines, telecom, bill payment centres and citizen facilitation centres.

The solution is meant to enhance management of customer queries and interaction, besides keeping a watch on the quality of services delivered over the counter. Developed early this year, the Web-based application is ported and available only on Oracle Database 10g
