SIDBI Venture Capital Ltd is to invest Rs 30 crore in V&S International Pvt Ltd, a textile manufacturing company, supplying textiles and ready-made garments to retail chains in the US and Europe. The investment comes from the Rs 500 crore SME Growth Fund of SIDBI.

SIDBI Venture Capital Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of SIDBI, managing two funds sponsored by SIDBI: SME growth fund and the Rs 100 crore National Venture Fund for software and IT industry.
